Our small-batch Winter Solstice Candle was hand-poured at an auspicious time for the Sun (when Sol was at the December solstice point, bolstered by Jupiter’s blessings) and includes an affirmation, which reads: “The seeds I am planting already contain the blueprints of their potential; I don’t have to force them to unfold.” Made of responsibly sourced beeswax, each 14-oz candle was crafted in Los Angeles by Earthy Corazon and is topped with St. John's wort and gold flakes that are imbued with solar magic.
Astrologically, the Winter Solstice is a time of hush and pause, but also celebration. It signals the Sun’s rebirth — the time of year when the luminary reaches its lowest point in the sky and its light begins to grow again. Because of this, this seasonal pivot has a natural power that we can harness.
