You can always learn to be less hard on yourself. As Mercury enters Capricorn, figure out how you can give your inner critic a rest. Notice when you downplay your achievements or tell yourself you’re not trying hard enough. Consider any boundaries you need to set (or strengthen) with negative people who bring you down or habits that drain you. Then start mapping out ways you can maintain a more positive mindset. Start small. Countering a judgmental thought with a slightly more encouraging one is a great way to begin.
