Enough with the self-criticism. Today, old doubts might creep up, especially when you’re alone. Don’t take these narratives at face value. You can always rewrite them — or ditch them altogether. It may not be easy or comfortable, but it is possible. So ask yourself where this harshness is coming from. Once you figure out the source, you can start to shift how you treat yourself, little by little.
