Today might be a lot. You could get annoyed with your friends or feel extra defensive. Find outlets to blow off that steam. And don’t try to barrel through your feelings. Instead, ask yourself what you can learn from them. Vent to your journal or someone who isn’t irritating you. Then, when you’re ready, ask your community for the help you need. They can clarify how and why you’re getting in your own way — and show you how to move forward.
