Over the next few weeks, take the risk of openly sharing your thoughts and opinions with your audience. Instead of trying to protect other people’s feelings (or your own), practice being both compassionate and direct. That kind of honesty isn’t always comfortable, but it beats keeping all your bold ideas to yourself.
