You weren’t born to fit in. You’re supposed to be disruptive with your creativity and individuality. So forget what everyone else is doing. Experiment. Push buttons. Get loud about the causes and issues you care about. And give yourself credit for all the progress you’ve already made in breaking away from groupthink over the past few years. You may have more work to do, but you’ve come a long way.

As Mars enters Capricorn, don’t shut down your frustration. Investigate it. What is it telling you about what you’re resisting? What do you need to advocate for in your one-on-one bonds? Figuring out how to argue productively is key to building relationships that last. Don’t shy away from the hard parts. That’s where the growth happens.

Tell yourself the truth today. Especially about work, chores, or your other to-dos. You might feel uncomfortable naming the responsibilities you’ve been avoiding, but that’s the price of growth. Don’t know where to start? Uncensor yourself. Pretend you’re incapable of telling a lie. Not all of your thoughts are worth sharing, but that’s what your journal is for. Lay it all out and see if any themes or patterns pop up.
